This page explains what information SenaBio collects when you visit or order from senabio.ca, why we collect it, and how it's protected. We keep this short on purpose — no boilerplate you can't actually use.
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfill it: your name, shipping address, email address, and phone number if you provide one. If you contact us through the contact form, we collect whatever you include in that message.
We do not collect payment card numbers or banking credentials. Orders are paid by Interac e-Transfer, which you send directly through your own bank — SenaBio never sees or stores your banking login or card details.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Your shipping details are shared with Canada Post or the courier used to fulfill your order — that's the only routine third party involved. We may disclose information if required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request from a Canadian authority.
Our site may use basic cookies or analytics tools to understand which pages get used and to keep the shopping cart working as you browse. These tools don't identify you personally — they measure traffic patterns, not individuals. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still function, though the cart may not persist between visits.
We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes under Canadian law, typically six years. Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to resolve your question, then deleted.
Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. Email us and we'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.
SenaBio is a research-use supplier. This policy covers your personal information only — it is separate from, and does not change, our research-use-only product terms, which apply to everything we sell.
We take reasonable technical and administrative steps to protect the information you share with us, including restricting who has access to order records. No online system is 100% secure, but we don't store more than we need, and we don't store payment credentials at all.
