We currently accept Interac e-Transfer. After you place an order you'll get transfer details and a reference number. Put the reference in the transfer message so we can match it to your order.
Card payment is planned but not enabled yet.
Orders starts preparing once the e-transfer arrives, usually within one business day. You'll get tracking by email.
We don't accept returns, as these are research materials. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.
